1. Do I have to sign up to shop to place an order?
Registration is not required. You may place an order without prior registration.
2. What happens when no one is available at home to accept the shipment?
Each package shipped by a courier service has its tracking number so you are able to follow the localization of your package.
It is useful to give your contact phone numer when placing an order so that a courier can call you and schedule his delivery.
3. Is there a possibility of personal product pickup?
You can collect your goods from our warehouse after prior contact with our office and the confirmation of the completion of your order.
4. Can I return or exchange the ordered product?
You can return your items within 14 days of the date of purchase. Please note that only unused and undamaged items can be returned. The shipment cost of the returned items is covered by the consumer.

5. If I purchased a few products,would every product have the separate delivery cost?
